What's the difference between B2B and B2C plans?

B2B uses Cognis — optimised for demo bookings, pipeline discovery, and routing high-intent visitors to your sales team. B2C uses Misha — optimised for D2C and ecommerce, guiding shoppers to purchase. Same intelligence engine, different conversation persona and flow. You pick your mode at signup.

What counts as a conversation?

A conversation starts when a visitor hears Percepto's opening line and ends when they leave or go inactive for 10 minutes. Visitors who land but don't engage don't count.

What happens when I go over my plan limit?

Percepto never cuts off. You move to pay-as-you-go automatically — billed at the end of the month for conversations over your included limit. Rates step down as volume grows. If you're consistently hitting overages, the next plan tier is almost always cheaper.

When does upgrading to Growth or Scale make sense?

For B2B: Growth pays off over Starter PAYG at around 2,000 conversations/month. Scale pays off over Growth PAYG at around 10,000 conversations/month. For B2C the crossovers are similar. The PAYG table above shows the exact break-even for your volume.
