Common questions

Can I white-label Percepto for my clients?

White-label is on the roadmap and will be available to partners at 5+ clients first. The current program uses the Percepto brand on-site. If white-label is a hard requirement, reach out to discuss timeline.

What happens if a client cancels?

Revenue share stops when the client's subscription ends. You keep everything earned up to that point. There's no clawback.

How do I get paid?

Revenue share is paid monthly via Stripe. Payout details are configured during partner onboarding.

Is there a minimum client commitment?

No. You can start with one client on the 30% tier and scale from there. Rev share upgrades automatically as you cross each threshold.

Do I need technical resources to deploy?

For basic deployments — one script tag, done. The Config API is there when you need to automate across a large client book. Your clients don't need a developer to go live.
